Sofie Paeps
Sofie joined HR One in 2010 and became a Partner in 2016. Her multidisciplinary academic background, combined with extensive experience in recruitment and executive search, enables her to approach talent and organisational challenges from both a strategic and people-oriented perspective.
Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Interpretation Sciences (2009) and a Master’s degree in Management (2010) from KU Leuven. She also completed an Erasmus exchange at the Université catholique de l’Ouest in Angers, France. In addition to her work at HR One, Sofie is a board member of Zonta Club Brussel Zavel.
Outside of work, she is the proud mother of two boys and a avid volleyball player.
