We are a truly international team, with colleagues from both the Dutch and French regions of Belgium, as well as Pakistan, Italy and South Africa.
Our working languages include English, French, Dutch, Spanish and Afrikaans, allowing us to connect naturally with candidates and clients across different regions and cultures.
Beyond geography, we bring a broad mix of backgrounds and perspectives. Our team includes experience in organisational psychology, science and research, management and HR, as well as individuals who have worked in consulting and life sciences and healthcare industry roles.

We combine deep local market and life sciences expertise with international reach.
Around 30% of our searches are cross-border, supporting both international companies headquartered in the Benelux and organisations looking for talent across multiple markets. Our team has extensive experience conducting international searches, particularly in highly specialised and competitive talent markets.
Through our partnership with InterSearch, we have access to an extensive network of local teams across more than 90 offices in 50 countries. Combined with our own international network, this gives our clients the benefit of broad global reach, valuable local market insight and a deep understanding of the life sciences industry.
