Nadia Guarini
Nadia’s scientific background, combined with her experience in recruitment, enables her to bridge technical expertise and human potential. She brings an analytical yet empathetic approach to her work, with a strong focus on understanding people, asking the right questions and creating a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Before joining HR One Group in 2024, Nadia built a strong scientific foundation through her academic career in molecular biology, culminating in a PhD from Université libre de Bruxelles. Her PhD research developed her ability to navigate complex information, communicate scientific concepts clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders. She subsequently moved into executive search, where she supports end-to-end recruitment across life sciences, biotech and innovation environments.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys dancing and swimming. She is particularly interested in science communication and in finding new ways to make scientific knowledge accessible and meaningful to broader audiences.
