Marina du Toit
Marina studied Organisational Psychology and Human Resources at the University of Cape Town and brings more than 15 years of experience across financial services, consulting and talent. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior leaders, recruited senior talent and led graduate and talent development programmes.
Before moving into executive search, Marina was Chief of Staff at Deloitte Middle East, where she supported senior leadership and worked across strategic, people and organisational initiatives. Today, she brings this broad business and people experience to executive search, with a genuine interest in understanding both the person and the organisation behind every appointment.
Originally from South Africa, Marina is an avid musician and, outside of work, enjoys movies, travel and spending time in nature with her husband and two sons — with a particular love for African wildlife.
