Before founding HR One in 2008, Charlotte held business development roles at Tempo-Team and Adecco, where she developed a long-standing passion for life sciences; a sector she has been drawn to for its purpose, complexity and the profound difference it makes to patients' lives.
Today, as Managing Partner of HR One, Charlotte leads executive search in life sciences with a genuine belief that recruitment in highly specialized environments requires curiosity, understanding and real human connection.
Her international profile is further enriched by having lived and worked in Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore, giving her a nuanced appreciation of cross-cultural dynamics and their impact on both talent and business.
