Cesar Van Gerwen
César studied Medicine for three years at KU Leuven, bringing a strong academic foundation and analytical mindset into his career. He is now an Executive Search Consultant, where he supports the team in identifying the right talent for key roles and conducts market mappings for clients.
Being at the start of his career, César brings fresh energy and genuine enthusiasm to his work, with a particular interest in the relationship-building side of the business — connecting with both candidates and clients to truly understand what drives them. He is eager to keep learning and grow within executive search.
Outside of work, César enjoys watching films and series, spending time in nature and staying active through regular sport.
