Finance Manager

We are looking for a Business Analyst and Manager of the Financial Department on behalf of a leading rehabilitation hospital specialized in complex conditions. With more than 400 passionate employees and volunteers, the organization is dedicated daily to the recovery of its patients. As Business Analyst and Manager of the Financial Department, you are an essential link within the organization. You are responsible for financial management and provide strategic insights that contribute to the future of the healthcare institution. You'll have the opportunity to work in a broad and varied role, requiring both wide-ranging knowledge and the curiosity to dive into detail across different areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and presenting the business plan (organizational valuation model)
• Preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring them (including variance analyses)
• Developing and interpreting financial analyses and dashboards
• Managing purchasing processes, monitoring public procurement law, and following up on major purchasing files
• Coordinating invoicing management
• Preparing HR reporting
• Leading a small, close-knit team
• Monitoring and improving the quality of financial processes
• Providing strategic and operational advice to management
