ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CFO, the Investor Relation and Communication Manager (IR and CC Manager) is responsible for the investor relations and corporate communications program of the company. With input and guidance from the CEO and CFO, the IR and CC Manager will assist with the development of communication strategy and operating plans, as well as the execution thereof.

MAIN TASKS • Co-develop and implement the company’s communication strategy, operating plan, and budget to enhance shareholder value • Prepare company road shows, press releases, conference call scripts, annual meeting scripts announcements, publications, and other related materials. •Manage together with the CEO and the CFO the relationship with our shareholders (private and public), support investors presentations and discussions • Lead the company’s communication by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations, meetings, media, and mailings. • Educates and updates investors and analysts; Keeps shareholders knowledgeable about the company. • Co-develop and update the organization’s corporate messaging across different formats |

• Lead the website and content. • Make sure that shared information is consistent and engaging throughout all media channels. |
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree
• Minimum Experience: Five+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communication positions for a public company or a consulting agency
• Languages:native French and/or Dutch speaker, excellent English writing and speaking skills

• Excellent oral communication skills and presentation ability. • Basic financial and investment analysis skills, including an understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project a company’s operating and financial performance and the resulting value for its stock. •Strong interpersonal skills, superior intellect, and an outstanding ability to communicate using these qualities and skills. •A creative, flexible, energetic, efficient and resourceful team player and individual contributor. • A person with an insatiable appetite to learn more. |
