A mastodont Japanese Medical Devices Company with an inclusive company culture, lacked a professional PMO Director to manage the team.

In their stride forwards for a better future in medicine, the Japanese company called for a PMO Manager. In partnership with HR One Group, they defined the needed skills, experience, and level of working.

When analysing the company’s need, and after a target mapping, Hr One Group suggested to look for PMO Director. As the candidate would need to manage projects across all departments of the company and needed to be acquainted with medical devices. Moreover, the complex skillset was to be completed with outstanding social skills.

After mapping the market, the search for a profile ticking all those boxes, was taken abroad. Hr One group selected the right candidate and guided him throughout the process and aided with his relocation and integration.
