Supply Chain Project Manager
Job description
To further strengthen our manufacturing and supply team, we are looking for a talented Supply Chain Project Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to support the build out and shape a global supply chain infrastructure for innovative pharmaceutical products.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Ensure commercial Drug Substance and Drug Product batches are manufactured and released in time:
o Establish and maintain detailed project plans for manufacture, batch record review, analytical testing and product release, and track and communicate progress – establish a turn key process from manufacture to release
o Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders (CMOs, CMC, QA, analytical PM, logistics)
- Drive the commercial artwork process in collaboration with different stakeholders (RA, QA, CMO) in line with internal procedures and timelines, and CMO packaging schedule
- Scheduling of Drug Product batches and packaging runs with CMOs, balancing supply, demand and inventory
o Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning – fine tune production schedules based on data collected through S&OP
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP system, including maintenance of ERP master data and timely transaction processing
- Identify and develop necessary supply chain standard operating procedures
- Identify and establish process improvement opportunities
- Analyze master data to deliver business benefits and drive business improvements through Supply Planning effectiveness
Qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with internal and external stakeholders – analytical mindset – organization skills
- Understand supply chain interdependencies with multi-disciplinary teams
- GDP/GMP experience is plus
- Experience with (implementation of) ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science or Supply Chain Management
