We are currently looking for a dynamic national Sales Manager to strengthen our Selfcare team.
In this position, your focus will be on our OTC products. You will manage a team of Pharmaceutical Partners and you will report directly to our Commercial Director.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- You collaborate with our commercial director to establish and execute specific sales goals to increase selling in and selling out of our products.
- You are managing your sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed company goals.
- Analyze your performance and the performance of your team, suggest improvements and share your experiences with your colleagues. We appreciate your input to support business decisions and to increase results.
- Ensure best in class performance and continuous improvement within your area of responsibilities.
- Spend 30% of your time on developing the business in a selection of pharmacies, that are attributed to you.
The role has direct reports and requires close collaboration with different departments in- and outside.
- 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of direct sales and marketing tactics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are perfectly tri-lingual (NL, FR, ENG)
- You have a valid driver’s license.
- You are proactive, you like to take initiative and ownership and you don’t give up easily.
- Result oriented with a strategic focus on direct sales.
