ODS Project Manager

Job description

Job function

  • Tactical management of whole portfolio and development of local marketing strategy for new introductions in collaboration with S&M manager
  • Bring scientific knowledge, product information, sales and marketing experience in the field, in order to increase sales and reach Benelux budget targets

The position in based in Jette, with 50% of time field activities

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of strategic and tactical plans for the products in portfolio in collaboration with S&M manager and international marketing
  • Adapt local marketing tools to Corporate strategy and liaise with International Marketing and Medical
  • If necessary, Set up national scientific meetings with KOL
  • Attend national congresses to promote portfolio and compile data
  • Marketing budget follow up
  • Keep updated on all international publications related to products and/or rare diseases
  • Provide scientific knowledge, product information and sales experience to S&M manager in order to support other ODS in the field
  • Support ODS activities/ projects/ meetings
  • Coordination of awareness projects
  • Operational training to newly hired ODS when needed

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for sales in a strategic area (part of Belgium) and accountable for your sales budget
  • Responsible for your regional patient database
  • Establish good relationships with KOLs
  • Interact actively with S&M manager on field information and further actions to take.
  • Monthly activity report.
  • Working with the S&M manager to provide input for reimbursement issues/requirements
    To develop relationships with patient organisations as defined and agreed with S&M manager

Education & experience

  • Mature person with marketing experience, selling skills, project management experience.
  • Solid Scientific background (pharmacist, biology)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer skills with ability to manage a diverse work load
  • Languages: English, Dutch, French
